Delete your account

Deleting your Control Your State account permanently removes your account, every saved check-in and baseline note, and any active subscription — which is canceled immediately (no refund for the current billing period). This cannot be undone.

Self-serve: sign in at controlyourstate.com, open Settings, and choose Delete my account.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@controlyourstate.com from any address and we'll process your deletion request promptly.

What's retained: payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are kept as legally required for financial record-keeping. Everything else is removed from our production database.

Keep your account, clear your data

You don't have to delete your account to erase what you've written. Sign in at controlyourstate.com, open Settings, and choose Clear my baseline — this permanently removes every saved check-in and note. Your account, sign-in, and any subscription stay as they are, and you can keep using the app with a clean slate. This cannot be undone.
